Allpro Pest Services provides residential and commercial pest control services, including termite inspections, bed bug treatments, rodent exclusion, and general household pest management, primarily serving Modesto, California and the surrounding Central Valley. The specific scope, pricing, and schedule of any service will be agreed upon at the time of booking.

3. Appointments, Cancellations & Refunds

Appointments are scheduled based on availability. We kindly request at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Refunds, if applicable, are determined on a case-by-case basis in accordance with our service guarantee. Service results may vary depending on pest type, infestation severity, and environmental conditions.

4. SMS Text Messaging Terms & Consent (A2P 10DLC)

By providing your phone number to Allpro Pest Services — through our website forms, by phone, or by any other method — and checking any consent box, you expressly consent to receive recurring automated and non-automated SMS/MMS text messages from us at the number you provided. Message types may include appointment reminders, service updates, scheduling confirmations, follow-ups, promotional offers, and other pest-control-related communications.

Message frequency varies. Standard message and data rates may apply by your wireless carrier.
